You find yourself near the battlefield at the center of Veteran's Day Island. At least you think it's a battlefield. It's hard to tell, given the overall level of being on fire it exhibits.

You dash into the scorched earth and start poking around in various burnt trenches and still-on-fire bunkers and stuff. You can only stand the heat for X minutes. You don't find any survivors, but your own survival really makes you think about war. War, man.

Underneath the locker's false bottom, you find some stolen nautical goods. Looks like this locker's former owner was a pirate on the side! You grab an absconded-with anchor/a misappropriated mainmast/a robbed rum/some stolen spices.
