You approach the door to the Waste Processing Center.
- Before visiting the Council:
Maybe the council has some idea what this means...
- Without a key-o-tron:
You must need some sort of device to unlock it. Maybe you should go find some of those wandering bugbears the Council mentioned.
- Without sufficient biometric data:
Your key-o-tron emits a harsh buzz, and a message pops up on the screen: INSUFFICIENT BIOMETRIC DATA. Hmm.
Occurs when attempting to enter Waste Processing without a key-o-tron or without 3 units of biometric data from scavenger bugbears.
