• The familiar's description is almost word-for-word taken from the Ween song "The Mollusk".
• Cuttlefish are an order of mollusks in the class cephalopoda (which includes octopuses and squid) having eight arms and two tentacles. This sweater having six arms is probably a play on the long running Jick and Skullhead show joke.
