The messages defend on the ChibiBuddy™'s socialization level:

He invites a buddy over for a ChibiBeer™.
He considers calling up a buddy to go out, but decides he'd rather work on his stamp collection.
He tries to work up the nerve to tell the cute girl at ChibiWork™ how he really feels.
He says, "I'm not a social butterfly. More a social caterpillar spinning a cocoon."
He goes into the chat on the Best Game Ever, but lurks instead of striking up a conversation.
He rejects a few Book of Faces friend requests because he can only handle having a few close friends.
He enjoys a quiet evening in.
He decides not to go to a concert, but he plays the CD really loud and dances.
He won't go out to dinner, but invites a buddy over for a ChibiMeatloaf™.
He enjoys watching a movie by himself, but wishes he had someone to share it with.
He turns down an invitation to a party because he won't know anyone there.

He throws a dinner party for a few couples, complete with cocktails and laughter.
