References

• Both the Coffee Pixie and the Attention-Deficit Demon probably have the same inspiration from Tweak, a character in South Park. Tweak's parents run a coffee shop, and Tweak was mistakenly diagnosed with ADD. In one episode, Kyle asks why does Tweak's parents give Tweak so much coffee, and the parents respond that it helps calm him down. Kyle then says that all the caffiene in Tweaks body could be the cause of his ADD.
• The familiar's name is a reference to the condition ADD (Attention-Deficit Disorder). The familiar's combat messages reference ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ADD.
• One of this familiar's attacks refers to a joke about ADD kids and bikes that goes like this:

Q: How many ADD kids does it take to screw in a light bulb?

A: Let's go ride bikes!

• The line "Humans have souls. Hey, are those new shoes?" could be a reference to the Beatles' album Rubber Soul.
