There are some vague or non-exact figures and information on this page. Some spading is required.

Drop chances.
octopus gardener You're fighting an octopus gardener

This octopus is at least four times as efficient as a regular gardener. It can hold a rake, spade, shovel, hoe, tiller, aerator, seed bag, and bottle of weed killer all at the same time. So it's basically the Swiss Army knife of gardening, but without the corkscrew.

Hit Message(s):

It whacks you with a hoe, in different area codes. Ugh! Ugh! Ouch!

It rakes you over the coals. Well, actually, just over the soil. Still, it hurts. Eek! Ouch! Ugh!

It whacks you with a spade. Ace! Eek! Ow! Oof!

Critical Hit Message:

It whacks you upside the head with a spade and downside the head with a rake. Well, at least the pain is symmetrical. Ouch! Argh! Ow!

Miss Message(s):

It tries to whack you with a hoe, but you pimp-slap that hoe.

It tries to rake you, but you rakishly dodge.

It tries to aerate you, but you decline.

It tries to whack you with a spade, but you're aces at dodging.

Fumble Message:

It get its tentacles all tangled up in each other, until it falls comically to the ground. Stupid octopus. (FUMBLE!)

  • The attack message with "a hoe in different area codes" is a pun that references the Ludacris song Area Codes.
  • The attack message with the spade is a reference to the song Ace of Spades by Motorhead.
