Pool Skill is an enchantment on several different item that positively affects your ability to play pool, either in The Haunted Billiards Room, in the Typical Tavern or in your clan's VIP lounge. Maximizing your ability to play pool can be helpful in making some extra meat in the Tavern, showing your clanmates who's boss, or hunting for a certain trophy.

You need to have a total Pool Skill of at least 15 to find get the Spookyraven library key.
