The Outer Compound is located on Secret Tropical Island Volcano Lair (Turtle Tamer)
Upon first visit:
- You creep up to Stella's compound and take a careful look around. A stone wall has been built up to the side of the volcano, with a large iron double-door (undoubtedly locked) set into it. A razorwire-topped chain-link fence has been set up, creating a secondary perimeter around the stone wall, which is being patrolled -- slowly -- by a large number of turtles. Which is a little odd, as you wouldn't have picked turtles as prime candidates for guard animals, but I guess when you've got a theme you stick to it.
- The gate in the fence is fastened with a heavy chain and padlock, but you spot a hole in the chain-link off to one side that looks large enough to squeeze through.
