Your backpack says "Obedience is a key virtue of a Camp Scout. Since disobedience is met with zero tolerance, disobedience does not occur in CSA operatives. Disobedience in occupied populations, however, is a common problem."

Notes

• July 2012's item of the month from Mr. Store.

Its in-store description: Everything a young Camp Scout needs to survive in a dangerous world.

• According to Jick, the items will drop from the backpack while you are in a Hardcore ascension, if you have the backpack in your inventory or in Hagnk's. In normal ascensions, you must be wearing it. The items initially dropped in Bad Moon, but this was quickly fixed.
  • The items appear with this text:

A little package floats in on a silver parachute. A note attached reads "The CSA notes that you are not wearing your CSA-issued backpack. While the CSA acknowledges the possibility of equipment loss in a combat situation, the CSA would also like to remind you that CSA membership, once initiated, is compulsory and permanent.
