cheap studded belt
This is a cheap belt made out of imitation leather, shot through with plastic studs painted to look metal. It's like costume jewelry for wanna-be punks.

During Combat

Notes
- Sometimes obtained from Summon "Tasteful" Gifts.
- Although the enchantment says the belt reduces damage taken by 1, it actually absorbs all damage for 2-? rounds and then falls apart. (This does not seem to always be the case. See the discussion page.)
- However, the rounds reset at the end of battle, so if you only absorb one attack per turn via the studded belt, therefore only triggering once per combat, it won't fall apart.
- This item does not prevent Shadow damage when fighting Your Shadow during the Naughty Sorceress Quest.
- When used while fighting Lord Spookyraven, doesn't block attack and acts like a personal massager.
