divine champagne popper
This is a tiny plastic champagne bottle, plucked directly from the divine aether. Instead of a cork it has a tiny string, and when you pull the string, it makes a loud noise and shoots a bunch of foul-smelling singed tissue paper out of the other end. Festive!

When Used

| You pull the string on the divine champagne popper. It makes a surprisingly loud bang, and your opponent flees in terror. |
Notes
- This item ends combat without losing an adventure and removes that monster from the area for 5 turns.
- This item will stack with Creepy Grin and Harold's bell to remove more than one monster from the area; however, it will not stack with itself.
- Using this item on any foe in Secret Tropical Island Volcano Lair ends combat without losing an adventure, but the foe is not removed from the area. At the end of combat you get the message:
- As you leave the area, you catch sight of your opponent in the distance. Apparently he's realized that there isn't much of anywhere to run to on this little island, and is sheepishly wandering back to where he was before.
