This is a little badge that elves wear to secretly let their comrades know they're part of the resistance, without alerting the Penguin Mafia to their presence.
As such, they probably should have chosen a more subtle logo than a penguin with a slash through it, but that's elves for you.

- This sells for 5 Crimbux at The Don's Crimbo Compound.
