You shouldn't use this without access to a Mayo Clinic. You're not confident you'd get the dosage correct without proper supervision.

Does not trigger on 0-fullness foods, such as Basic hot dog after you are already full, or magical sausage anytime.

History

• Prior to May 8, 2015, Mayoflex caused foods that do not normally grant adventures to grant 1. This effect worked in conjunction with adventure enhancers. For example, a gunpowder burrito eaten under the Opossum moon sign with Got Milk and Mayoflex active would grant 8 adventures rather than its usual 0.
