Notes
- Choosing to leave the monorail station after selecting "Just ride the rails" will still cost 9 adventures regardless, effectively wasting them.
- In addition, if you have 9 adventures before choosing to ride the rails and are reduced to 0, you will be unable to fight a Penguin or Hippy.
- Options are only displayed if the number of turns to choose them is sufficient.
History
- The "Visit the Breakfast Counter" option was added in a trivial update on September 2, 2020.
- The "Warehouse District Stop" option became usable on September 1, 2021.
References
- This adventure's title references the chorus of "Downtown Train" by Tom Waits and popularized by Rod Stewart's 1989 hit recording.
- The message received when you choose the Nevermind, Hop Off option is a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail where after initially approaching Camelot King Arthur and his brave team of Knights are presented with a rambunctious song and dance of what goes on in Camelot, after which King Arthur remarks "On second thought, let's not go to Camelot. 'Tis a silly place."
