Elemental Resistance Trophy Possibility
There is no trophy for having maximal elemental resistance for all 5 elements at the same time.--Arms4490 13:30, 29 October 2007 (CDT)
Elemental resistance tested using: bottle of antifreeze, SPF 451 lip balm, donkey flipbook, Dogsgotnonoz pills, and black eyedrops
•All items were purchased (not earned)
•Other effects tested simultaneously: Sleazy Weapon, Flaming Weapon, Spooky Weapon, Stinky Weapon, Frigid Weapon, Sleaze-Resistant Trousers, Flame-Retardant Trousers, Spookypants, Smelly Pants, Insulated Trousers, Supafly, Hot Blooded, Spooky Demeanor, Stenchtastic, Cold Blooded, Sleazy Breath, Hot Breath, and Cold Breath--Arms4490 15:05, 30 October 2007 (CDT)
•Coldform was also tested at the same time as the aforementioned.--Arms4490 15:08, 30 October 2007 (CDT)
"A Block of 5 Trophies"
I'm looking at those six empty spots in a row, 50 through 55; the most obvious idea is something class-related, but what? Reaching level 30 in HCO or Bad Moon? Getting through a run without opening your guild store? --Sparksol 19:45, 23 August 2007 (CDT)
On last night's radio show, Jick talked about a block of 5 trophies that were undiscovered, which makes me think this block of trophies are related. Since there are 5 elements, that would seem the most likely connection. Any thoughts?--Foggy 09:31, 31 August 2007 (CDT)
5 base familiars
There are also five different familiars that could be needed to defeat the NS's familiars. Although aside from having like 100% run with them or something I don't know if it helps.--Plater 17:10, 31 August 2007 (CDT)
- Perhaps defeating the Naughty Sorceress's familiars where your familiar is 20lbs base (i.e. at least 400 exp). --Quietust (t|c) 17:35, 31 August 2007 (CDT)
5 key lime pies
There's also five different key lime pies, but that might be stretching things a bit. --Sparksol 02:13, 1 September 2007 (CDT)
elemental parallel
I'd lean to the elemental parallel. I hadn't heard this one. I shall ponder on it. --Ashallond 21:43, 2 September 2007 (CDT)
Possibilities for elemental trophies: Eat X <element> Hi meins (seems easy for softcorers though, someone would have seen this already) Use X <element> wads (ditto) Obtain X Elemental Pulverize Jewels (someone would have seen this one already though, I'd think) Use a spell of that element X times in a row (would have to be a lot, as you can manage several hundred in the course of a normal ascension) Use a scroll of ancient forbidden unspeakable evil X times with that element (seems unlikely as there is already a trophy for scolls of AFUE) Have a 90-100% run with a Gravy fairy of that type (possible, but seems unlikely somehow) I'm just not seeing a good one. I'm probably missing something obvious though. --Wildfire393 21:50, 2 September 2007 (CDT)
- Surely somebody would've got the trophies by now if it were that easy. Didn't Jick say that players won't find them accidentally, or something like that? Maybe... only use one type of elemental damage during your whole run? ...or maybe defeat the sorceress with just one type of elemental damage? (Kill her first two forms with pure stench, etc. :P) --Andemon 01:12, 3 September 2007 (CDT)
- In regards to the elemental fairy, unless it is more than one run I can confirm it is not doing Oxycore 100% fairy runs for the Stinky and Frozen. --Tz BG 23:54, 7 November 2007 (CST)
Along the elemental line, maybe it could have something to do with killing the first two NS forms with the different Spirits you get with the Flavour of Magic (lvl 14 Pastamancer). -Duckyguy 15:40, 5 September 2007 (PST)
- The problem with that is that she still removes effects, at least to my knowledge, before battle. Sice each of those spirits are effects so she would just remove them. --Chunky_boo 17:42, 5 September 2007 (CDT)
Killing the sorc with a single type of elemental damage is far too easy. Simply equip a cookbook, to go along with the corresponding hi-level chefstaff. No, this is likely something more sinister.--Wildfire393 18:12, 5 September 2007 (CDT)
6 trophies, not 5
Unless I'm missing something, there's SIX undiscovered trophies (50-55) in that block...maybe it has something to do with each class, like lowest level ascension or something, since that would be counter-intuitive to do normally...--Promeatius 14:02, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
- If I remember Jick's comment about the trophies he said that it would most likely be a trophy hunter that got them, maybe it has to do with reaching a certain level with each class when in Bad Moon. --Chunky_boo 20:08, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
- There are 6 spots open, but maybe only 5 are related to each other. That is why it was referred to as the block of 5. The other one could have absolutely nothing to do with the other 5. --Duckyguy 11:07, 2 October 2007 (PST)
- To confirm, Jick referred to it as a block 5-related trophies, with one adjacent unrelated trophy. Thus the elemental reasoning. Something that seems particularly non-useful: I recently tried smashing a rare elemental jewel ring (I think it was a steamy ruby necklace) to see if I got something cool...no dice. Perhaps a trophy for smashing a small number of these? (I'd hate to think of it as more than 5.)--Foggy 00:06, 4 October 2007 (CDT) (UPDATE: Tried smashing 5 Putrid Pendants...no dice...and I really don't want to spend more than that trying other similar things.)
- I visited the trophy hut with all the Bad Moon effects of the hot element: Burning Heart, Solar Flair, and Deep-Fried. Nothing. Added using a Fire Flower and SPF 451 Lip Balm to the mix for great non-success. All effects were active simultaneously. --ChunkTug 06:36, 3 November 2007 (CDT)
Block of Seven
(excerpt from Trophy numbers discussion)
Someone screwed up on the page, that's the reason. The trophy ID is 62, not 49. --GoldS 15:21, 30 October 2007 (CDT)
So that *does* make a block of seven, correct? If so, perhaps there aren't any trophies numbered 49-55 at all, but instead are seven empty slots to go along with Jick's constant "There are always seven undiscovered trophies" joke? --Tuga 20:23, 31 October 2007 (CDT)
Five Elemental Trophies
Judging by the new images:
, these five trophies are definitely elementally related. I suspect they're for having high levels of resistance and/or melee damage and/or spell damage in one element. Initial testing:
Resistance: |
Snow Queen Crown (Serious) |
Total: Maximal |
---|---|---|
Spell damage: |
Ice-Cold Aluminum Necklace (+40) |
Total: +48 |
Melee damage: |
Ice-Cold Beer Ring (+40) |
Total: +105 |
...Hot damn, I found the trophy! --TechSmurf 18:38, 11 November 2007 (CST)
COLDFORM IS REQUIRED -as found out by KOL Addicts as a clan-
- I believe there is some randomness in the +100 spell/melee damage requirement. I received one trophy at +98 damage, and had to up the damage to +103 and +105 to receive two other trophies. Can someone confirm? --Grimdel 21:46, 12 November 2007 (CST)
I'm just curious as to how does anyone know if there are 3 unknown trophys yet to be acquired? Someone would have to get the trophy to know about it, right? --Lemon-claw 15:13, 26 February 2008 (CST)
- there are three gaps currently. there may be more with higher numbers than 69. if you were to ask jick he would tell you there are seven still undiscovered. as far as getting it to know about it, Awwww, Yeah is proving that the devsters cheat like mad. --Evilkolbot 15:21, 26 February 2008 (CST)
What's the deal with the archives here? Lots of stuff below seems like it should be archived, but isn't. Take the Stargazing one. Last edit 19 May 2006, and there is no observatory any more. Why is it still here? --Club (#66669) (Talk) 11:23, 7 February 2008 (CST)
Stargazing
- might there be a stargazing trophy?--A and m 14:08, 19 May 2006 (CDT)
Ascension Day
- I was wondering whether there could be a trophy for ascending on Ascension Day (May 25th 2006)... And yes, that's next Thursday. Unfortunately, I won't be able to try that, but I'm sure there'll be a number of people ascending on that day, so I guess we'll find out ;o) --Trilusion 05:58, 21 May 2006 (CDT)
100 Effects
- Am personally testing within the next two days (I can't finish today, because a good amount of what I need is generated by food and booze) if there's a trophy for having 100 individual effects on at one time - Something that's entirely possible (if a little pricey) even without snowcones and astral cupcakes. Have 92 effects active and no trophy yet, so I will keep word here. (or I'll delete, if it turns out to not lead to a trophy) --Katarani 09:54, 3 June 2006 (CDT)
- A friend of mine (Hoisin) had over 100 effects applied at once and no trophy was available. This does seem like it would be a good trophy. --Snappy 16:44, 27 May 2008 (CDT)
- iirc, from radio shows a while back, there was a player who had nearly all of the available effects running, even the ones only attainable for one turn in fights. (i remember 200, but that seems too large.) he swore not to adventure until a trophy was implemented. jick seemed unimpressed, and i guess he's still waiting. --Evilkolbot 06:30, 28 May 2008 (CDT)
- A friend of mine (Hoisin) had over 100 effects applied at once and no trophy was available. This does seem like it would be a good trophy. --Snappy 16:44, 27 May 2008 (CDT)
Poked in the eye
- There seems to be no trophy associated with getting poked in the eye for 3000+ turns of blindness. At one time. Shaventalz 09:20, 10 June 2006 (CDT)
In a similar vein, I was just looking at the 69 jars of white lightning I have and wondering if there is a trophy for drinking a large number of them, and/or adventuring for a long time while blind. Anyone try these? I might give it a go next week, if no one else has. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 22:02, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
Arena wins
- I hope to Jarlsberg, Boris and Sneaky Pete that this has been suggested already. A certain number of arena wins? 500, 1000 perhaps? And while we're on the subject of possibly presuggested trophies, I swear I remember seeing a link here that directed to a forum topic or somesuch of attempted ideas. Where'd it go? --EDY-innit 11:11, 14 July 2006 (CDT)
I've done 1000 Arena wins while going for Black Hole Terrarium. Nope. --Someone Else 11:28, 14 July 2006 (CDT)
Has anyone ever tried getting 1,000 wins in the Cake-Shaped Arena? That seems to me like it might be some sort of trophy possibility. --Duckyguy 12:46, 15 August 2007 (PST)
Blow out your stomach
- Could there be a blow out your stomache trophy for doing the rock pop/soda thing a certain number of times? I'd bet the trophy guy would say "you just don't learn, do you". If there isn't jick should add one... --Co678 23:57, 25 December 2006 (CST)
Discarding worthless
- Might there be a trophy for discarding a certain amount of worthless items?--Noinamg 15:05, 19 July 2007 (CDT)
- I've tried discarding over 100 worthless items while doing nothing else, and got no trophy.PazSox 19:13, 11 Nov 2007 (EST)
Jumbo Dr. Lucifer
I am wondering about a Jumbo Dr. Lucifer trophy. Possibly 666 of them or so. Just an idea. -Keesy 2007-07-06 11:45 (EST)
Meleegra pills
I just tested 100 meleegra pills in hope of some sort of "Priapism" or "Little blue trophy" or the like, it's a no go on that.--Falconinthedive 13:56, 6 July 2007 (CDT)
Cock fights
In one previous incarnation, I bet on the cock fights south of the Border for oh... about 200 win/loss per cock. Now I'll have to try it again! --Shogun42 23:09, 7 July 2007 (CDT)
Drum machine
I'm trying to use the Drum Machine and fight sand worms. Anyone else tried it yet? --xcorvis 10:54, 17 July 2007 (CDT)
- I just killed 111 sandworms. No trophy, got lots of nice jackets though. --Sir Roger 15:10, 26 July 2007 (CDT)
- I wish I'd seen your post earlier. I have killed approximately that many now. I wasn't keeping close track, but definitely over 100. At least I was getting about 1000 meat out of each of them... --xcorvis 09:52, 6 August 2007 (CDT)
Vampire heart/blood potion
Hey I was just browsing through the forums and found the transcript to one of jick's radio shows.
Trophy for using vampire blood in hardcore? J: If we told you, it'd ruin it. Think of the number of how old Lestat was when he started his band. X: Plus 42.
Idk if they were kidding or not because I didn't listen to that show. I tried finding the answer on the wiki and only mentions that Lestat started some "vampire rock band". Doesn't say how old he was when he started it. If I was in hardcore, I'd try getting that amount of used blood and checking the trophy shop. Then if that don't work, then I'll consume that amount and then check the trophy shop. --Lemon-claw 20:40, 6 March 2008 (CST)
Regarding a possible vampire heart/blood potion trophy... here's what I've done so far. I accumulated 513 hearts in one ascension (254 in one go), and consumed 513 blood potions (again, 254 in one go), with no trophy. So, if such a trophy exists, the requirements might be (a) more than 513 hearts/potions in a single ascension, (b) more than 254 hearts/potions in your inventory and/or consumed at once when visiting the Trophy Maker, and/or (c) being in Hardcore. (The data I accumulated was post-prism, for the record.)
I'm inclined to doubt there is such a trophy, but I leave further work on that topic for someone else. I'm kinda tired of the Spooky Forest at this point. :p --Bonkbonk 22:39, 24 July 2007 (CDT)
If the band name was "Plus 42", have you considered trying 42 or 43 vampire hearts/used bloods, then going to the Trophy Hut? Possibly from collecting hearts, collecting bloods, or using bloods? --CVines 23:27, 25 May 2008 (CDT)
- What about it being an exact number, like in Moderation in all Things? Also, "Satan's Night Out" was the original bands name, after Lestat took it over, it was called, "The Vampire Lestat". Lestat was born in 1760, and his bands first concert (if we follow that it was present day.) was set to happen in 1985. Ergo, 215 (214 if you realize that the band *formed* in 1984.). Plus 42, which was probably thrown in as a joke- 257 (or 256, again, depending. That's 2^8, and enough of a nerd thing for me to be suspicious.). I could be off, as I just wiki'd and googled all this, but it should be close. InvalidUser 00:23, 26 May 2008 (CDT)
- i have a feeling you might be overthinking this. look at the talk on the "dirty laundry" thread for an example. jick gets to do the trophies and he's a simple soul. now, if they let riff loose on it, perhaps. ;) --Evilkolbot 05:12, 26 May 2008 (CDT)
- I could very well be that I'm overthinking it, but, 256 is a not weird, easily rationizable number, which seems to be what Jick goes for. Either way, we just need to wait till somebody does it... in hardcore. InvalidUser 00:21, 27 May 2008 (CDT)

I am about to start collecting hearts/bloods on my oxycore multi, will be checking trophy hut extremely often in case it is state-based. will take a while, but hey.--Alabit July 19, 2008
- Just for the sake of it, i tried obtaining 11 bloods at once, and 23 at once, and 13 at once, nothing yet. Also have multi-used 11, 13, 23, 30, and 37. used a total of 250. nothing.I shall probably give up around 300 or so.--Alabit 01:47, 23 July 2008 (CDT)
- Final Edit from me on this one: Also multi-used and obtained 42 at once, for a total used of just over 350 total vampire bloods. No Trophy.this was in HCO, and the character is Alabit7. I am done with it, so any possibility of a trophy here is either a inane multi-use amount, or an absurdly high total used count.--Alabit 00:33, 5 September 2008 (CDT)
Without opening guild store
Getting through a run without opening your guild store? I rarely venture to the store, im 99% sure i havent visited it in at least one ascension, so thats out--Narth Vader
harold's bell
might there be a trophy for removing a certain monster or something with harold's bell? Its a neat little item that's mostly overlooked I'd say. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Plater (talk • contribs) on 02:31 BST, 3 September 2007
9 Zodiac signs + bad moon
What about a trophy for completing runs in all 9 zodiac signs and a bad moon run? --Duckyguy 15:22, 3 October 2007 (PST)
- Unless it is something that would have to be accomplished with runs post NS13, there are quite a few people who could have a trophy for that already, but don't. Snott, for example has done runs in all 9 signs (pre-NS13) and a handful of badmoon runs. --J12601 19:46, 3 October 2007 (CDT)
White Xanadian Trophy
Has anyone tried drinking 30 White Xanadians to see if there's a trophy, like I Heart Canadia for White Canadians? I've been working on it, but it's a bit expensive. It might explain why it's been showing up at the Micromicrobrewery lately... --Rotarran 20:40, 25 October 2007 (CDT)
- Okay, I've drank 30 of them. Either it's for more than 30 Xanadians, or there's no trophy. It was worth a shot... --Rotarran 17:06, 26 October 2007 (CDT)
- I've drank up to 45 (since the Xanadian has a lower drunkeness amount than the Canadian, 45 WXs would give the same drunkeness as 30 WCs). Still no trophy.
- I see somebody on the Forums of Loathing has tested over 100, with no trophy. It was worth a try. --Rotarran 16:11, 3 November 2007 (CDT)
Bad Moon
what with Bad Moon related trophies? --Shualdon 12:08, 6 September 2007 (CDT)
the bad moon adventures seem to be one time adventures. perhaps a trophy for seeing them all in a single assencion? -- Beckett 6:38 EST, September 11, 2007
I can confirm there is no trophy for getting a Wossname in BM :(--Spanky McSpankenheim 23:07, 20 January 2008 (CST)
- Re-confirmed.--Yiab 11:11, 1 March 2008 (CST)
Spooky Suprise Egg
I have consumed 103 Spooky Suprise Eggs, either there is no trophy, the tropy isn't implemented or it requires morw then that. My funds have run short so I am unable to test further. --Chunky_boo 23:47, 5 November 2007 (CST)
Right behind you. I figured the consumption would be 100, double the first, as that seemed to be the pattern...oh well. --Ashallond 18:32, 6 November 2007 (CST)
I've just eaten my 200th SSE and the Trophy Hut isn't offering me anything. Maybe 500? --ElroyJetson 15:29, 21 November 2007 (CST)
You have consumed the following food items:
Spooky Surprise Egg 683
Definately not 500--TehChozenOne 03:53, 28 January 2008 (CST)
Clovers
I've tried all the "Clover" adventures available to me for the moon sign that I had ascended under (The Blender). I had also completed all quests, so there was a few adventures that I was unable to do. There was no trophy for this. --PazSox 8:42, 8 November 2007 (EST)
Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky
I got the Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky, Keep On Turnin adventure, and turned the wheel 30 times in each direction. First 30 times clockwise, then 30 times counterclockwise, and got nothing. --PazSox 8:45, 8 Nov 2007 (EST)
Error
Am I the only one who is seeing "Error creating thumbnail:" instead of the thumbnail on some of the trophies? --TelcontarNuva 23:56, 14 November 2007 (CST)
- Nope. Coldfront admins apparently disabled the thing that lets us generate thumbnail images. Thus, it doesn't work. I think I may just upload thumbnail images until it's working again. --TechSmurf 00:35, 15 November 2007 (CST)
Tiny Plastic 3-tiered Trophy?
Is there a trophy for having all of the tiny plastics from both series? One for both series and Crimbo/Crimboween? Jicken Wings says "Darmut eDrien" has all of them. --Killerrabbit 14:21, 18 November 2007 (CST)
- I also have all of them, there is no trophy at present. My guess is that whenever a tiny plastic series 3 is released (if ever) it will get the 3-tiered trophy.--Yiab 11:10, 1 March 2008 (CST)
Handfulls of Confetti
Trophy #60 is use 11 handfuls of confetti, Trophy #61 is missing. Could it be "use 37" handfulls of confetti(in a row)? Or maybe just 23? FNORD
--Plater (t|c) 07:44, 24 November 2007 (CST)
No trophy for 25 handfuls or less. I just tried every one of them. 37 may be a possibility. --Ashallond 10:12, 24 November 2007 (CST)
- Update: I asked wgitc to run a lot of handfuls, and she went up to 76, and no trophy. --Ashallond 10:20, 25 November 2007 (CST)
Summoning Effects and/or Friars' Blessings
My spading multi just found that there's no trophy for having all 4 Summoning effects (Demonic Taint, Fit To Be Tide, Big Flaming Whip, Preternatural Greed) and all 3 Friars' blessings (Corsican, Smothers, Flying Burrito) at the same time. --ElroyJetson 23:10, 28 November 2007 (CST)
Further, there is no trophy for having 120 adventures of all 4 summoning effects and/or 100 adventures of all 3 Friars' blessings at the same time. --ElroyJetson 00:12, 11 December 2007 (CST)
Dead Mimic
In case anyone thinks of it, there is no trophy for ascending with a dead mimic in your inventory. --Babyscarface 09:57, 2 December 2007 (CST)
100 Lucre in Hardcore
Irongroin just spent slightly more than 3 months farming Lucre on the off-chance that it was produce a Hardcore Lucre trophy of some kind, but no dice. He got 100 of them with no trophy. --Douglas Hossenfeffer 19:17, 17 December 2007 (CST)
- Somewhat related - there doesn't seem to be a trophy for having one of each Bounty Hunter Hunter item in your inventory or display case (inclduing unused Trascendent Olfaction and Hound Dog) at the same time. --JungleSlug 08:25, 9 August 2008 (CDT)
Kidney No More
Just went an entire BM run sans kidney. No trophy. Alas. --TechSmurf 21:15, 19 December 2007 (CST)
crimbo 2007
- i'm starting to fret that the trophies for this year's crimbo content won't be handed out until january 1st, leading to another pantsless catastrophe. any ideas? --Evilkolbot 15:03, 26 December 2007 (CST)
- Although there were trophies for the Crimbo 2005 content (Friend of Elves and Reindeer Hunter), there were none for the Crimbo 2006 content. I wouldn't count on any for Crimbo 2007, but who knows? --ElroyJetson 19:44, 26 December 2007 (CST)
None for Blackbird
Completed a 94% Blackbird casual run. The blackbird also had over 3700 kills. No trophy. Dammit blackbird.--GoldS 02:33, 2 January 2008 (CST)
- perhaps the trophy is for 95%. ;) --Evilkolbot 06:27, 2 January 2008 (CST)
- And Bad Moon. --Flargen 06:57, 2 January 2008 (CST)
Chefstaves
I'm distressed to report that there's no trophy for making all 8 chefstaves during a single hardcore run. --ElroyJetson 00:39, 10 January 2008 (CST)
- Confirmed, no trophy for making all 8 in one shot in hardcore and no trophy for putting all 8 into your collection in hardcore --Asataper 06:34, 20 March 2008 (CDT)
Beaten Up
I don;t know, just an Idea I've been having and seeing if it could work, doing an entire ascension with the beaten up effect. Certainly would have to be casual, and you'd need to constantly monitor it, but who knows. --Creamy 12:38, 21 January 2008 (CST)
- Somewhat related, but having 1000 turns of Beaten Up doesn't merit a trophy.--Yrbanys 19:20, 26 April 2008 (CDT)
Moderation in all Things?
Player #1581665 has a trophy called "Moderation in all Things". Knowing this person, I asked them how they got it, and they had no idea. Either way, it's not listed on KoL Coldfront or the Wiki, so I thought I'd bring it up. --Jimmy da Elf 20:53, 23 January 2008 (CST)
- Nice spot. I've created a page for the trophy.--Toffile 21:09, 23 January 2008 (CST)
Hey just thought I'd let you all know it's my character, and I am throroughly confused on how it happened... I was a level 4 Disco Bandit with the normal stuff done for that area. That's all I know... --The Great White Hunter 21:15, 23 January 2008 (CST)
- Which area? Did you eat or drink anything?--Toffile 21:17, 23 January 2008 (CST)
I added it to the page, but apparently the thumbnail isn't here yet. TechSmurf? --MC Scared of Bees 22:28, 23 January 2008 (CST)
Chatter on the boards seem to suggest it is gotten by hitting exactly 11 in spleen, drunkenness and fullness. Some additional, unknown, factors may be in play as there have been a few reports of getting to this state but not getting the trophy. Edgeways 13:42, 24 January 2008 (CST)
- I'd say they're just mis-counting, or forgetting that they had already ate/drank something. I just did the 11/11/11 thing and got the trophy. --Plater (t|c) 14:52, 24 January 2008 (CST)
- I can verify as well that 11/11/11 does in fact give you the Moderation in All Things trophy, no special effects necessary unless I'm not realizing it. Also, this seems obvious, but you have to have 11/11/11 active to buy the trophy. --CVines 17:01, 19 April 2008 (CDT)
Bad Luck
I've tried having the "bad luck" effect on Friday the 13th, then breaking the reflection mirror in the Sorceress Entrance. No trophy. However, I didn't try this in bad moon. Also, there might be more/different bad luck effects I'm not taking into consideration --Mailbox head 21:59, 23 January 2008 (CST)

I'm wondering if there's a trophy for defeating each of Dr. Awkward, the Protector Spectre, Lord Spookyraven, and Ed the Undying with The Super-Secret Canadian Mind-Control Device set to 11. Has that idea been tested? -- Mr SqueakyOs 09:17, 8 February 2008 (CST)
- I tested that a while ago while going for Boss Bat, it is unnecessary.Pwnage305 14:41, 31 March 2008 (CDT)
Page Layout
There has been some talk of this in the chats. It seems that Tattoos, Outfits, and Quests have a description page, and then a spoiler page. I recall that Trophies used to be laid out this way as well. Not being particularly wiki-savy myself, would someone consider taking on the job of separating out the spoilers to separate page, else explain why this page shouldn't be consistent with the rest of the site? --Stanley 16:43, 10 February 2008 (CST)
- For your Trophies non-spoiler needs. (Although just knowing they exist is sort of spoilerish too). And I rather like how this page is set up vs the other pages. I would like to see familiars match this perhaps. Quests I don't think could be summed up in a sentance or two though.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Plater (talk • contribs) on 10 February 2008
- I'm not sure I understand the question. As near as I can determine, Trophy, Quests, and Tattoos are all presented in exactly the same manner--one "index" page listing all known items, linked to the item-specific page with applicable text and references. If you're asking about why specific instructions to acquiring trophies are on this page, it's been that way from very first revision. --Bagatelle 19:24, 10 February 2008 (CST)
Undiscovered Trophies
Today on the J&S show, Jick mentioned that there were 10 undiscovered trophies (this page hints at 3 (4 if you include #13). Althought Jick has been famous for misleading us, theres the following info that may suggest this is true:
- Jick normally says "7" when he doesn't want to give it away, and he made it a point to mentioned that 10 isn't his normal answer
- Jick said that he was surprised that there were that many undiscovered trophies.
--Grimdel 20:52, 10 March 2008 (CDT)
- Adds up fine to me - he normally says there are 7, but this time he said there are 10 which is 7+3, and there are indeed 3 undiscovered trophies. --Quietust (t|c) 23:25, 10 March 2008 (CDT)
- The topic came up again on last nights J&S show, and the number 10 came up several times. Again, they mentioned they were surprise at the amount. They also mentioned that the trophies involve "suboptimal" ascension strategies. Maybe sub-par food/drink trophies? Something like the Extinctionist Trophy - killing alot of some creature in a low level/neglected zone? Or maybe not doing something - freeing the king w/o obtaining liver/stomach/spleen of steel? --Grimdel 13:48, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
- Speed ascenders do the latter all of the time. Heck, I did that on my previous Bad Moon run. No trophy. And I agree with Quietust. The "10" figure is, in all likelihood, just his usual schtick with the actually undiscovered trophies thrown in. --Flargen 14:09, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
- I'd agree with this normally, except Riff then made this commentlast week: "Is that the real number? Not 7?" Jick: "No, really 10. and some have been there a while." --Ashallond 15:00, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
- "Suboptimal"? Does anyone else think of the O.A.F. when they hear that? It's been tested for a 100% run before, so it may just be a coincidence but it may have to do with doing something specific with the oaf. Maybe even something specific with the Pet Rock and its relatives, the Toothsome Rock and Bulky Buddy Box. --CG1:t,c,e 17:23, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
- That'd have to be really, really specific. Thanks to a certain trophy, as well as people just liking to be weird, 100% runs with any randomly selected familiar are basically legion. There are a half-dozen pet-rock hardcore ascensions (all 96% or higher) since NS13 alone (last one occurring in January). OAF is substantially more popular. --Flargen 17:29, 18 March 2008 (CDT)
- "Suboptimal"? Does anyone else think of the O.A.F. when they hear that? - Awesome idea for a suboptimal trophy: Cleeshing 1000 monsters?--MindlessGames 12:10, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
- There are three suboptimal ones, right? Food, drink, spleen. Choose Boozetarian, and then don't drink anything. Choose Teetotaler and then don't eat anything. Choose Oxy and then don't use any spleen items. That's what I think of. But I'm in no hurry to test that theory. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 13:14, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
This one might be stupid, but there is an undiscovered trophy right after the moderation trophy for having 11 full, drunk, and spleen. What about another state-based trophy, having a base 11 muscle, myst, and moxie at the same time? --Duckyguy 13:33, 7 April 2008 (PST)
- 11 Muscle, 11 Mysticality, 11 Moxie (no trophy).
- 11 Muscle, 11 Mysticality, 11 Moxie, 11 HP, 11 MP (no trophy) --PazSox 8:32, 8 April 2008 (EST)
- Check out my screen shot for an all number 11 obtainable, but only 1 trophy... http:// s7.photobucket.com/albums/y291/pazsox/?action=view¤t=notrophy11.jpg --PazSox 13:26, 8 April 2008 (EST)
- Today I noticed that 'use'ing a useless powder gets rid of it. So I used 100+, but no trophy. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 13:36, 14 April 2008 (CDT)
- Seeing as how there's a space under the Brave Sir Robin trophy, maybe there's a trophy for running away from 1000 monsters. Like the 100 shore trips and 1000 shore trips. Who really runs away that much? I doubt I've even come close to that in the years I've played this game. Maybe it's the "Brave, Brave, Brave, Brave Sir Robin" trophy. --OMGWTFLOL 03:11, 21 June 2008 (CDT)
- No trophy for running away from 1,000 combats in one ascension. --Keith 01:57, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
I've put up a page in my section called Trophyhunt for keeping track of what has been tried and what's being tried. It's very likely I've missed several, so let me know about them so I can add them to the list, or better yet feel free to add things yourselves that you've tried! --Sparksol (t|c) 10:16, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
Teet run with no food
I did a complete teetotaler run with out consuming any food. Only using spleen items. I forgot to check the trophy hut after freeing the king, but I doubt that makes any difference.

Alas, no trophy. :( --PazSox 8:00, 12 April 2008 (EST)
Un-Familiar Runs
Has anyone done a run without a favorite familiar (i.e. no familiar) having only equipped the Blackbird and immediately used the Black Market Map to prevent its participation in any adventures and either (A) only used the two familiars necessary to get through the Tower at 20 lbs earned from Arena adventures OR (B) used a combination of +20 lbs to familiar items/buffs on the familiars necessary to get to the Naughty Sorceress and never used them (or any other familiar)in combat or at the Arena? I imagine one must enter the Astral Gash with no familiar equipped, also. If there's not a Trophy for this, there ought to be. --Cthulhu Kid 00:36, 25 April 2008 (CDT)
I tried this one (almost). I did a complete run with no familiar, got the blackbird used it for a few adventures, hoping to get a 100% run with using only the blackbird as my familiar. The ascension record can be viewed as my 83rd ascension. It didn't avail any trophy, or the blackbird on my ascension. --PazSox 09:26, 30 April 2008 (EST)
I did a Bad Moon familiarless run, making sure to not spend a single adventure with a familiar. I only used the Blackbird with the map, the Star Starfish with the key (put back before doing anything else), and the tower familiars for their respective fights, buffed with the Pet snacks, Buffing spray and Island Arena buff (i even checked which tower familiar i had to face by going in without familiar, and put them back straight after, so that really nothing was done with a familiar unless it was absolutely necessary). Unfortunately, no trophy.--Euan 18:14, 30 April 2008 (CDT)
- Euan, did you check the Trophy Hut after you defeated the Naughty Sorceress, but before you unimprismed the King? After you unimprismed the King, but before ascending? --Cthulhu Kid 18:09, 2 May 2008 (CDT)
Before unimprisming, i'm not sure (it's some time ago), but probably. Before ascending, highly likely, as it's one of my standard checks before ascending, and i was hoping for a trophy to show up.--Euan 04:04, 3 May 2008 (CDT)
New trophy!
Have at thee! --TechSmurf 21:54, 17 April 2008 (CDT)
Underpants Raider
I stole a pair of tighty whiteys in PVP hoping for a "Panty Raider" trophy, but alas, I was wrong... --PazSox 7:04, 12 May 2008 (EST)
Another Bonus Damage trophy?
+200 bonus melee damage? Just throwing random ideas out. What effect would be required as a substitute for form anyway? --Raijinili 17:19, 21 June 2008 (CDT)
I managed to max out my bonus melee damage at +267, I adventured twice, and no trophy was available. If you wish to know what equipment/items I used, k-mail me. --PazSox 9:29 25 July, 2008 (EST)
A follow-up of sorts...I decided to get Chickadee for one of my multi, and gave him the effect Full of Vinegar, which gave me melee bonus of over 1000. No trophy. I also have my DA maxed on that character (Antique helmet and greavea, tao, Ghostly, Astral, antique shield, tube of dread wax, etc) and the twinkly powder and twinkle britches effect. No luck.--Foggy 22:37, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
Meat Vortices
Since they were such a bug when introduced many moons ago, any chance that they lead the way to a Trophy? Obviously, they don't have a combat use related trophy. I was curious if anyone had used 100+ or lost 1,000,000 meat by using them from inventory? If nobody has tried this, I'll invest in an experiment. --FrankNBeans 15:21, 8 July 2008 (CDT)
I spent ~2 million meat to use 7400 meat vortices. No trophy, but I'm sure that Jick and Co appreciated my Mafia instance beating the crap out of www5 today. --FrankNBeans 17:46, 8 July 2008 (CDT)
Hobopolis related trophies?
Do you think there might be trophies for perming Hobopolis skills? Maybe every single one of them, or maybe just the books (not hodgman's journals or the AT buffs), or some other combination thereof? --Flargen 19:45, 8 July 2008 (CDT)
Update: No trophy for perming all 5 Hobopolis AT skills. I is a sad ferret--Uberferret 11:27, 12 July 2008 (CDT)
Getting all the elemental skills permed would be senseless hated, so maybe try all 4 journals next? --Wavedash 22:35, 5 August 2008 (CDT)
I was wondering if killing a number of Gang of hobo muggers could win you a trophy. Has anyone done some significant gang hunting? --Oculus 10:10, 21 August 2008 (EST)
I'm in the process of seeing whether there are any item collection trophies for Hobopolis related to putting items in your display case. So far, I can confirm that there is no trophy for having 41/43 boss loot items in your display case (missing coat and hamster). My next goal is to test whether there is a trophy for receiving one of each boss loot items, since I had to zap several of mine. I doubt it, but I'm going to try anyway. Hardcore Skill Trophies
- Following along the lines of the Spookyraven skills, the gnomish skills, and the basic skills and their respective trophies, has anyone ever tried making all of the level 13 elemental resistance skills hardcore permanent? There might be some sort of rainbow trophy. --Ted the Red 10:24, 24 August 2008 (CDT)
- Considering that quite a few people have every NS11 era skill HPed this is very, very, unlikely.--Uberferret 14:39, 24 August 2008 (CDT)
Our Lady of Perpetual Indecision (Nunnery) trophy?
- I have been testing the nunnery to see if there is a trophy for being healed a lot, so far they have healed me for about 45000 HP total, has anyone else had the idea that this might be one of the missing trophies? -- zantele
- Well I have been healed over 100k HP in a single run(no MP mind you) and still no trophy... oh well worth a try--Zantele 02:43, 19 October 2008 (UTC)
Missing Trophy?
- Looking at the main article I noticed that there is no trophy number 68. Is there really not a trophy number 68, or did no one put it on there yet? --Rora Strife --2 September 2008
- White it is impossible to be certain, it is almost certain that both trophies 50 and 68 exist, but nobody has discovered them yet. If you have an idea for something nobody has tried, you can be the first to discover them. --Bale 17:57, 2 September 2008 (CDT)
- Suggestion - 68 in sexual jokes is "you do me, and i'll owe you one". Could this be a PVP trophy? Perhaps trading off wins between 2 people? --Bitter Hawk 02:16, 13 November 2008 (UTC)
- Jick and Mr. Skullhead discussed this on the Dec. 1 radio show: one is "a reference they're surprised no one has tried yet, in the vain of other previous trophies" (i would presume consuming or using X number of a certain item). They also mentioned it had been in the game since NS-13. The other they said is "something that had been suggested previously on the radio as an idea for a trophy but no one actually bothered to try it". so those are more of a hint than has ever previously been given. and that means that those 2 trophies do in fact exist and aren't just gaps in the trophy table. Glitterboy - 17:48, 2 December 2008 (EST)
- Did anyone go back and LISTEN to try and find the trophy that was suggested? --Judgericand 06:24, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
Really, really, really, really quite poisoned
Effects:
- Hardly Poisoned at All (5)
- Majorly Poisoned (20)
- A Little Bit Poisoned (9)
- Somewhat Poisoned (10)
- Really Quite Poisoned (20)
Alas. --TechSmurf 02:20, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Moderation in all things part 2
Since there is an empty space after moderation in all things, maybe its another consumption statebased trophy. but23 of each? FoB for 23 fullness, Spleen of steel and 3 mojo filters for 23 total used spleen Bang pots for 23 drunkenness. Just a thought, which i might get around to testing if i ever have a character with spleen of steel and mojo filters. Anybody else feel free to test that one for me.--Alabit 05:10, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Brave Brave Brave Sir Robin
I succesfully ran from 1000 combat adventures during a single ascension, thinking that Jick has made trophy's for 100/1000 in the past. Alas, no trophy. --PazSox 09:15, 13 October 2008 (EST)
I just finished running away from 2000 adventures in the same run - no trophy. As you can see further up this page, I had already spaded running away 1000 times last month.--Keith 03:15, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
A Bountey Hunter is You
The new trophy might be something bounty hunt related, such as getting all of the objects oxicore (would take a while) or completing every single bounty hunt. Has anyone tried this? --Sakukoivu 5:43, 14 October 2008 (PST)
Der Toastdieb
I know for a fact that this is a single ascension(purchase before ascending) trophy, because I met the requirement on my last ascension and I had to do it again to get the trophy this time around. --Ted the Red 03:58, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
Three Little Bears
I'd suspected that there would be a Three Little Bears trophy for completing 100% familiar runs with each of the 3 teddy bear variants (Teddy Bear, Evil Teddy Bear, Teddy Borg), but that turned out to be incorrect. --ElroyJetson 22:16, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
The Mall is Not The Game
More by accident, and not really expecting to find anything, I can confirm that neither 400 transactions, nor 4M meat in the last 48 hours in your store warrant any trophies. Just so that this angle is covered as well. --Phelyan 13:56, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
Letter from King Ralph
It seems possible that doing an entire ascension without opening the Letter from King Ralph would earn a trophy. --Chickenfroogle 01:31, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
The Right Tool For The Job
Wicana was the 2nd person to obtain this trophy. Happy spading!
--Pazsox 8:32am EST December 18, 2008
- Someone needs to fix the size of the trophy icon, but when ever I try I get a "Error creating thumbnail" where the image should be. --Chalky 17:46, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
- That's a known issue with Coldfront. I've manually made a thumbnail.--Toffile 18:03, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
- Modified the header to make it more clear and so that someone doesn't misinterpret it as "68 missing trophies left" --Xsmootx 04:53, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
Haunted Billiards Room
I spent 200 turns in the haunted billiards room with a pool cue equipped as my weapon. 100 turns WITH Chalky Hand, and 100 turns WITHOUT Chalky hand. No trophy. ;-( --Pazsox 9:16pm EST December 27 2008
Farming 100 8-ball's with a pool stick didn't ammount to anything either. --Pazsox 1:00pm EST December 30 2008
10 Dozen Minutes - Feb. 16, 2009
In a game of 20 Questions, Jick has said that Trophy 68 can be obtainable both in hardcore/bad moon and on a new character's first day. This seems to narrow it down, I think. --Azrane 04:08, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Knob Goblin Firecracker
Myself and Adamantois noticed that the firecracker is a meatsmithing item that hasn't been meatsmithed before. Perhaps finding what it smiths with is the key to a trophy? (note: tried all the basic things, Meat stack, dense meat stack, spork, etc) --Judgericand 06:24, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- always bear in mind that this trophy was introduced with ns13. anything that postdates this is irrelevant. --Evilkolbot 11:45, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
Internet Memes
Pretaining to the "Pop Culture Reference"- Would Internet memes (SO I HERD YOU LEIK MUDKIPZ, the ORLY owl, LOLCATS) count towards this? Also, Where/what in-game would feature this? Mine and Adamantois' thoughts-
- All you Base are belong to us- Adamantois specualtes this isn't notable, but I think it'd pretain to PvP or owning all the Houses but still having the gound as your dwelling (not possible for 68, then)
- I can haz cheezburgr?- Something to do with White Citadel Burgers (Already have a trophy- doubtful; Adamantois says) or Extra Greasy Sliders. Maybe the evil golden arches foodstuffs? (if this were true, it wouldn't be possible for 68- CDM stated as he was answering questions that it isn't about having/using a certain amount of items or having the system keep tallies of how many you've used thereof-Adamantois)
- There are too many lolcats to mention, but i'm sure there are a few that could pretain to some form of the game (Adam agrees- though sifting through hundreds of these would prove to be a hassle and therefore dismissed the thought)
- I Have a few ideas and will be spading this trophy with Adamantois for the forseen future. My Name on KoL is same as on here, PM/Kmail me or Adamantois with thoughts or to review things we've though of. --Judgericand 07:02, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
- Look what Judgie Found: Hey Macaroni! — A spoof of the Macarena featuring a squad of elbow pasta that comes to life for a lively song and dance number. A Meme about Elbow macaroni, you say? Coming to life, you say? Undead Elbow Macaroni, perhaps? --Judgericand 19:43, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- oh, so here's the link to that Meme page, if you're wondering. Internet Memes

Toot Oriole Recently said this in /newbie: Toot Oriole: I have a trophy that nobody has ever seen before. I lost it on my mountain. Blessed adventurers should be able to find it! I think Blessed by the RNG+ Adv on Mt. Noob= Trophy?--Judgericand 19:46, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
The blessings of The RNG are not easy to get. But the blessings of the Deep Fat Friars and Izchak are easy to get. It's not visiting the Toot with Brother Corsican's blessing. I also tried a five adventures each in Noob Cave and The Dire Warren with it, but no luck. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 20:42, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
FYI, this seems to be bogus. --Fig bucket 20:46, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
Hunter In Darkness
I got a new trophy today. I don't know the number (i assume #81), because i already bought it from the trophy hut before realising it wasn't on the wiki yet. I know the prerequisite, but i'll let people try for themselves for a bit (it's not that hard). To view, go to Euan McLeod.--Euan 22:36, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
#81 found
