- while the colours may be right, the actual translations are not the primary ones and also need translating. for example, you can get citrine (yellow), sapphire (blue) and vermilion (red.) if i get this again today i'll see if i can get a full list. --Evilkolbot (talk) 12:53, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
- Fun fact: The El Vibrato Megadrone translates "obsidian dagger" to "BUPABU LACHA" - which matches BUPABU as black (obsidian). It should also be possible to determine "gold" and "jet" by fighting the Desperate gold farmer and Jet-ski bandit too. --Aelfinn (talk) 04:21, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
- I've looked at the list of words, and it seems they're encoded like this: each group of three letters maps to a syllable, unless that would leave one letter left over, in which case the last four letters map to one syllable. So words up to four letters are one syllable, 5-7 are two, and so on. Based on that, this should be most of the translations:
BUPABU | OBSIDIAN |
PATA | EBONY |
SOM | JET |
BELA | COBALT |
BULAZAK | SAPPHIRE |
FUFUGAKRO | ULTRAMARINE |
BE | JADE |
ZAKSOM | EMERALD |
ZEVEBENI | VERDIGRIS |
CHAKRO | CRIMSON |
ZEVE | RUBY |
ZEVESTANO | VERMILLION |
SOMPAPA | ALABASTER |
CHO | GOLD |
The other words have the same number of syllables, but based on the codings "can-dy" -> TA-NO and "hai-ry" -> TA-PA I make it:
NIPA | IVORY |
PACHA | PEARL |
FUNI | CITRINE |
TAZAK | CANARY |

damage cap spading
Trying a pufferfish spine, followed by some crayon shavings for 300? deleveling, then New Age hurting crystals. Started with my own base stats at 41/45/72, with -200 ML.
Damage cap starts around 500 for pufferfish spine. Slowly increases from there, instead of doubling. New Age hurting crystals only do 250, I think they should do 500?
By the time he was dead I'm sure I did over 5000 damage. He can be killed on the same turn you fail your handcuff check, as I haven't fulled spaded out CHAKRO and got really lucky...
You win the fight! You acquire 3 buffalo dimes The machine collapses to the ground, sparking and hissing, but not speaking. However, you see at least two more of the things stomping up the corridor toward you, and fearcuriosityfearcuriosityfear wins out. The strange metal door slams shut behind you as you sprint back out into the mine, and then out of the mine, and you don't stop running until you're well away from the place.
You acquire an item: El Vibrato restraints
lvcuff.gif El Vibrato restraints This looks sort of like a pair of handcuffs, but you can't figure out how to open them. They don't have a latch or a keyhole or anything, just a single push-button.
