- The cape is printed to look like the metal plates on the back of some sort of robot cop.
The little tag with washing instructions reads "<Hold/Thrill/Kiss/Kill> Me."

- Slithery Heck tendrils erupt from your cloak and clutch at your foe.

- The Heck tendrils recede into your cloak.
- Heck General / Kill Me adds Spooky Damage equal to the spell's greatest damage of any type:
- With a whiff of brimstone, a horrifying Heck Clown appears behind you and grins at your foe, making the whole scene much scarier.
- Is automatically placed in your inventory for you at the beginning of your run, with the message:
