The Bugbear Pen is located in Degrassi Knoll (friendly). You may only adventure here once you have been assigned the Tame the Bugbears quest by Mayor Zapruder; otherwise,

The door to the bugbear pen is locked.

After Defeat Felonia is completed this is replaced by The Bugbear Pen (post-quest).

A primary stat of 13 is suggested. If your main stat isn't high enough, you'll see the following message:

You near the Bugbear Pen, but the sound of the angry Bugbears makes you really nervous.
Too nervous to adventure here, in fact.
(It is recommended that you have at least 13 <mainstat> to adventure here.)
