All of the sauces below are cooked by combining an ingredient with a scrumdiddlyumptious solution. Cooking the sauces with savory dry noodles results in tasty pasta dishes.
Wad Transmutation
Unlike the above recipes, elemental wads are transmuted using twinkly wads rather than scrumdiddlyumptious solutions.

Notes
- You do not need this skill in order to make the pasta dishes listed here, but you do need Transcendental Noodlecraft. The Way of Sauce does allow crafting of the sauces used to create the pasta dishes.
- This skill allows you to summon two additional scrumptious reagents each day only if you also have Advanced Saucecrafting. Having this skill alone does not allow you to summon any scrumptious reagents.
- Because an Improved Fruit and a scrumdiddlyumptious solution are required to make most of the Fine Potions, a player in Hardcore must have access to Gouda's Grimoire and Grocery as well as either access to Nash Crosby's Still or the ability to zap the fruits purchasable at The Organic Produce Stand after Exterminating the Filthworm Infestation has been completed while wearing War Hippy Fatigues, to make them. As such, most Fine Potions can only be crafted by Accordion Thieves at Level 9 or higher, or Pastamancers or Saucerors at Level 12 or higher.
- The blackberry polite, cologne of contempt and the potion of temporary gr8ness may be craftable earlier by Mysticality classes, due to the different availability of the fruits/herb needed to craft them. See blackberry, dill and gr8ps, respectively, for further information.
- Fine potions grant their effect for a duration of 5 Adventures, plus an additional 5 Adventures for players with Impetuous Sauciness and a further additional 5 Adventures for players who happen to be Saucerors.
- A random fine potion is given when using a smudged alchemical recipe.
- When cooking reagent potions, Non-Saucerors receive a single potion and Saucerors receive 3 potions per set of ingredients used, except for the five elemental phials, which are still produced at a single potion per ingredient ratio.

- The description references the movie Forrest Gump, in which Bubba famously says, "I know everything there is to know about the shrimpin' business."
- The name of this skill may be a reference to bushido, the samurai code of honor that is commonly translated as "The Way of the Warrior".
