This outfit allows you to get the Loathing Tattoo from the Pretentious Artist.
The item images are animated GIFs, though you might not notice — once a minute, one outfit piece flashes white for a tenth of a second, with all seven pieces flashing in sequence every seven minutes. (The order is treads, scepter, belt, goggles, stick-knife, jeans, pocket square.)
