Exposure Esplanade is the cold zone in Hobopolis. When hobos in this area get damaged, the adventurer may be stabbed by falling icicles.

Piping Cold
	Turn the first valve: Redirect cold water to Burnbarrel Blvd. Turn the second valve: Redirect cold water elsewhere Go all CLUE on the third pipe: Create more icicles
