This page details ways to improve your Elemental Resistance. The page only considers resistance to all elements. For specific elemental resistances, there are other useful effects and other pieces of equipment that may be more beneficial than those listed here. Details are in Dressing For Success.
Though there is no hard cap on resistance, each additional level of resistance past 4 is subject to diminishing returns. Players with multiple items and effects that grant elemental resistance should add up resistance levels and consult Elemental Resistance for the exact percentage of elemental resistance. The currently hypothesized limit for resistance is 90% (95% for Mysticality classes).
