A Chefstaff is a powerful weapon for a sweet wizard.

To equip a Chefstaff, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Have the (permable) Pastamancer skill Spirit of Rigatoni
• Be a Sauceror and equip a special sauce glove
• Be an Avatar of Jarlsberg

Chefstaves cannot be equipped in your off-hand, even with the skill Double-Fisted Skull Smashing. They can, however, be wielded normally with other 1-handed weapons in the off-hand slot. A Disembodied Hand familiar cannot equip a chefstaff.

Chefstaves can typically be jiggled once per combat, which performs some special action specific to that chefstaff. See the individual chefstaff's page for details.

Rodoric, the Staffcrafter

Saucerors and Pastamancers can craft Chefstaves at The League of Chef-Magi with the help of Rodoric, the Staffcrafter.

An Avatar of Jarlsberg can craft chefstaves from cosmic ingredients (though only one of each type, apparently). These are all marked as Quest items and as such are lost on ascension.
