When Used

• Against The Terrible Pinch:

And what happens next is both great and bizarre,
For the wind whirls around, grabs Thug 1 and Thug 2,
And they get smashed together 'til they cry "Boo-hoo!"

• Against anyone else:

	You let loose your wind. Er, you open the jar, And the wind breaks and blows him first near and then far! It makes him quite dizzy and musses his hair, It'll take him a minute or two to get square.
	Monster attack power reduced by 8-10 Monster defense reduced by 8-10
