Sometimes you're trapped behind enemy lines, and you can't just go to the store and buy a bunch of bombs and missiles (because you don't speak enemy language.) In times like this, it's good to have a method for scavenging random explosives from the environment. Clip this to your belt, and before you know it, you'll be dragging all sorts of random crap around.
