Talk:The Necbromancer's Wizard Staff
If you use an ice stein to consume a six-pack of Schlitz all at once, are the 6 cans added to the staff? --Jimfromtx 08:01, 17 October 2011 (CEST)
Drinks tested that add a can:
- ice-cold Sir Schlitz
- plain old beer
- day-old beer
- Blood Light
- Silver Bullet beer
- Cinco Mayo Lager
- can of Swiller
Anything where the item image is a beer can (Silver bullet has a different image from the others), ice stein does not work.--Punicron 03:40, 18 October 2011 (CEST)
Does the staff need to be equipped to add a can? I just drank 19 Blood Light and got nothing (staff was unequipped).--Mstieler 19:15, 19 October 2011 (CEST)
- I don't have the staff myself, but from what's written on the page I would have thought you need to equip it first and then drink the beer in order to add the cans. --Yatsufusa 21:05, 19 October 2011 (CEST)
With the staff equipped, I drank a cup of primitive beer, but no dice on adding it to the staff. I guess the can has to actually be, like, a can.--Kirbydude616 02:04, 20 October 2011 (CEST)
So what about Imp Ale? Do that count? --Yungera 02:38, 20 October 2011 (CEST)
This is just a theory, but anyone think there might be a trophy for having 99 cans of beer on the staff? --Hekiryuu 05:25, 20 October 2011 (CEST)
- No, there isn't. Just got to 99 on one account's staff, and no trophy.--Mstieler 11:37, 24 October 2011 (CEST)
I'm quite curious what happens if you have two of these and drink a beer with one equippped. I suspect that a beer can would be added to both stafs (staves?). I also suspect jiggling one would remove a can from both. --Dunsel 04:28, 21 October 2011 (CEST)
- I'm almost certain there is only one variable in the database that stores your current can-count, so you would be right. So far, to the game every copy of an item was the very same. Following this mechanic it wouldn't make any difference which staff you equipped. As far as my understanding goes, the second Chefstaff would need to have a different ID to be distinguishable from the first one. --Yatsufusa 05:01, 21 October 2011 (CEST)
100 jiggles with 10 cans yields: 50-60 damage, delevel 10-20 5 jiggles with 11 cans yields: 56-64 damage, delevel 15-21 Base jiggle seems to be well spaded, improved jiggle isn't yet clear although it does appear to be an improved jiggle.---Dunsel 06:54, 21 October 2011 (CEST)

--Dunsel 06:46, 23 October 2011 (CEST) Table cleared up--Mstieler 12:07, 24 October 2011 (CEST)
With 27 cans... 162 damage, 53/46 delevel, 9 cans fell off. So 5-6 damage per can, 1-3 delevel per can, and lost... 9 cans or 33% of my cans or 50% of my cans above 10... yeah more data needed on the lost cans mechanic, but the other data seems linear for now. --Darkwolf 06:05, 22 October 2011 (CEST)
- The damage and delevel you reported for 9 cans would fit a formula based on the square root of the number of cans that fall off. --Two101 10:06, 22 October 2011 (CEST)
- With 119 cans, I lost 55. (Added to table.) That implies that cans lost is something like (<cans>-10)/2, rounded up. --Starwed 22:48, 26 October 2011 (CEST)
Does ascension reset can count?--Tobias 17:34, 21 October 2011 (CEST)
- It's not reset on ascension, viewing mine in Hagnk's shows 38 cans.--Punicron 03:24, 27 October 2011 (CEST)
In case anybody was wondering, this DOES pulverize into an epic wad as expected. (screenshot)--Salculd 07:53, 25 October 2011 (CEST)
You're not gonna let the Man tell you you can't keep a beer can as a souvenir after drinking a beer.
with the word Man italicized is the text of the a not added to staff consumption text for the three Fancy bear can beers --MadonKody (talk) 22:12, 30 September 2013 (UTC)
