As outlined in Dressing For Success, here's how different player types can Maximize their Moxie. Note that if Moxie is not your highest base stat, it is wise to have Stabilizing Oiliness active if your highest base stat is Muscle or Expert Oiliness active if your highest base stat is Mysticality; percentage boosts are then calculated as if your Moxie were your highest stat.
