There are ultimately three paths here, giving you 30 turns of one of three effects.

Your choice of three stat boosting adventures, or a little bit of meat. There are several different ways to get to a particular result, but here's at least one way for each:

Muscle	Drain Her	Gain 4 × <mainstat> substats, max 500
Mysticality	Tell Her How You Feel → Find Other Prey
Moxie	Redirect Your Desire → Go to the Bar
Meat	Redirect Your Desire → Enjoy your Vampness → Search for Human Prey	Gain 111 meat, lose 1-4 hp

Follow the indicated path to get win the nomination and get a reward. To obtain your own black heart, follow the nomination path in reverse.
