Here's a comprehensive list of everything in the game that restores HP. HP can be restored in four basic ways:

• Consuming items
• Using skills in or out of combat
• Resting at your campground or by resting at your clan
• Employing certain familiars

The list below covers the first two items.

The HP Restored by Adventures section lists monsters or adventures that restore HP.

The HP Restored by Campground table shows HP gained by resting at your Campground along with the benefit of various Campground items. Resting usually costs one adventure (certain skills give you free rests). Each night at rollover you gain, at no cost, HP as if you had rested.

The HP Restored by Clan section discusses the Comfy Sofa and A Relaxing Hot Tub.

HP can also be passively regeneration through additional skills, equipment, and effects. See HP Regeneration for a list of these items.

Free Resting

These are cumulative, so a player with all three skills and an Unconscious Collective gets 7 free rests.

• Players with Executive Narcolepsy get 1 free rest.
• Players with Disco Nap get 1 free rest.
• Players with Disco Power Nap get 2 free rests.
• Players with an Unconscious Collective in their terrarium get 3 free rests.
• Players with Food Coma gets 10 free rests, but this skill is only usable in Avatar of Jarlsberg, and is not available in combination with other Free Rest modifiers.

HP Restored by Chateau Mantegna

Using a Chateau Mantegna room key gives you permanent access to Chateau Mantegna as an alternative to your campground. Resting here restores 200-300 HP along with 100-150 MP, stats of your choosing, and certain item drops. In addition, having a ceiling fan installed allows for 5 additional free rests in addition to any other free rests earned.

HP Restored by Clan

If you belong to a clan with A Comfy Sofa you may spend adventures to rest there, instead of at your campsite. For each adventure spent you gain HP (and also MP) equal to your (current level multiplied by 5) ± 1 (possibly 2). If you belong to a clan and have a Clan VIP Lounge key, you may also access the A Relaxing Hot Tub, which restores all HP and removes negative status effects.
