A Rumble Near the Fountain is located within The Skate Park on the ahem, West Side of the sea floor, and is full of feuding skates. Well-choreographed skates.

As you near the Skate Park, a cloud of underwater bees appears in front of you. They swarm in the shape of a skull-and-crossbones, and a booming voice entones, "SKATE OR DIE." You didn't realize those were the only two options, and are too scared to continue.

Eliminating the Roller Skates or Ice Skates from this zone will turn it into Ice Skate Territory or Roller Skate Territory.
