Encounters of this phylum have the following interactions/attributes:

• Spirits siphoned from members of this phylum give 5/10/15 turns of the effect Rampage! (Weapon Damage +50%).
• When stomped, the resulting beastly paste gives 10 turns of Beastly Flavor (+3 to Familiar Weight).
• Their extracted DNA turns you into a Human-Beast Hybrid Weapon Damage +30).
• Defeating these with a Robortender may provide generic cocktailcrafting ingredients.
• Tracking 11 of these with a Red-Nosed Snapper will provide a patch of extra-warm fur.
• Fighting one with the Ghost of Crimbo Carols can provide the Do You Crush What I Crush? effect.
• A Vampyre can ensorcel one of these to provide a bonus to Meat Drops.
• After reminiscing to fight one with the combat lover's locket, its enchantments will change to: +10% Chance of Critical Hit & Muscle +20.
• Defeating these with with your bear hands counts towards the "With Your Bare Hands" PVP mini.
• Beasts can be completely destroyed by using the bobcat grenade combat item.
• You will encounter beasts more frequently with the effect A Beastly Odor. Consider using it in Whitey's Grove, The Middle Chamber, or Twin Peak.
