This page lists items that can be used during combat, grouped by function. Unless noted otherwise, combat items are consumed upon use.

The following skills and enchantments affect combat items:

• Ambidextrous Funkslinging allows the player to use two combat items per combat round.
• Deft Hands increases the damage dealt by combat items by 25%. If the player is currently a Disco Bandit, the first combat item used in a fight will always stagger the enemy.
• The V for Vivala mask increases the damage dealt by combat items by 50%.
• Mathematically Precise increases the damage dealt by combat items by 50%.
• The Crimbuccaneer bombjacket increases the damage dealt by combat items by 100%.
• Form of...Bird! prevents the use of combat items.
